100% natural & organic. every time.
We only use 100% natural or organic fibre fabrics in our Nuggles! Naturalsâ„¢ line. We focus on bamboo/organic cotton blends. Both plants are raised without the use of chemical pesticides and herbicides, and have different properties that make them desirable for use in our diapers.
Bamboo is sustainably and organically grown. The fibres are chemically-processed to create a durable, soft, absorbent rayon. Our manufacturer uses a closed-loop system, which is eco-friendly and recaptures up to 95% of the waste produced to be re-used. No chemicals remain in the final product.
Organic cotton requires no chemical processing to produce the yarn. Our manufacturer uses GOTS certified organic cotton yarns to produce our blended fabric for our diapers.
